Talent Competition

The main sponsor of this event, ETA4, will be hosting a talent competition on Friday from 8 to 11 PM. Acts will compete for a $200 first prize. The competition will be held in an X-factor style format. 6 - 10 groups/performers will compete in the first round, the top 4 in the second round, and the final 2 in the third (championship round). Make sure you come out to watch the talent of San Diego LIVE!

BBoy Competition

This year's Lunar New Years Festival is hosting a 3v3 bboy competition featuring talented groups from San Diego to Los Angeles. The judges include Kid Jav and two others to be mentioned later on. The competition will run on Sunday from 5pm to 10pm in a normal bboy elimination format organized by the judges. The DJ for this event will be DJ Diablo who has been an active DJ for this community. We hope to see you there Sunday and don't forget that there will be a small cyphering space on the side of the stage for those who wish to dance but not compete.
